outdoor bootcamps at lincoln's inn fields
We may be closed as a spinning studio (temporarily!) but we are still providing fitness opportunities for our members (and anyone who wants to try us for the first time!). We are running bootcamps in Lincoln's Inn Fields (a few minutes walk from Edge Cycle).
The bootcamps will vary to keep you working on various muscle groups and all of our trainers will be fully qualified to take you through your paces. The price of these sessions is £12.50 and the session will last approximately 45 minutes. The meeting place will be in the covered area in the centre of the park, before we go and find somewhere suitable to do the workout. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance as the sessions will start promptly. Of course, we will try and accommodate anyone who arrives late, but due to the nature of the workout, this will be assessed on a case-by-case benefit to avoid any unnecessary injuries occurring. Please bring kit, trainers and a bottle of water! The workout will not use any equipment and will be solely bodyweight training. We are planning to run the bootcamps come rain or shine, but we will let you know if they have to be rearranged due to the nature of the unpredictable British Summer. If the weather isn't great, please be prepared to get a little muddy!
